Simple, intuitive, fast and accurate, the ideal machine for all companies, will allow you to automatically sew fabric handles in the desired position on mattress borders, to create custom recipes, to insert combinations of aerators and handles and to load sequential orders.
Z 2.2 S EVO can be composed of multiple production stations:
- Automatic feeding station of border from roll.
- Measuring, cutting and application station of handle from roll.
- Application station of pre-cut handles with logos / names / brands / etc.
- Handle sewing station with single needle head, thread trimmer (operating range 22x10cm.)
- Programmable high precision measuring, angle marking, and cutting station.
- Station for the application of aerators at the desired position.
