INFRARED IR – DRYING UNIT 

The SAHARA Oven is designed for quick drying of water-based adhesives used in coatings.

Equipped with an infrared drying module, it ensures up to a 50% reduction in water content in the material using advanced IR lamps.

The system features a high-precision motorized belt; two-way motorized grated belt for easy material handling.

The drying speed ranges from 7 to 15 seconds, depending on the material.

This system is ideal for materials like polyurethane, memory foam and gel, with a working speed of 40 meters per minute.
