WATER BASED + HOT MELT GLUING APPLICATION IN THE SAME LINE
Introduction of the functions WATER BASE + HOT-MELT in the same application / in the same line!
Automatic line for the application of single-component water-based glue for the production of box mattresses and for coupling different type of slabs: latex, polyurethane, visco-elastic foam, Bonnell and Pocket springs, coconut, etc.
The machine works independently with flat or shaped slabs, from 0.50cm to 40cm with automatic height, length and width control of the incoming slabs.
Control panel with a 12” multi-function colour touch screen monitor, with a graphic and intuitive operator interface, complete with USB port to import / export data and “Windows” operating system.
Customised programs can be created such as bonding edges only or the entire flat and shaped surface. Customised graphics and programming according to your needs. Autonomous management of the amount of glue to be used.
The machine features optical sensors to automatically control the measurements of the slabs in length / width / height and “out-of-slab” safety sensors.
