Description
Innovative automatic filling machine for tricot/jersey material particularly suitable to introduce foam-sheets in tubular with full autonomy process.
The special structure composed by motorized conveyor belts, and steel bars allow to exert a uniform pressure on the surface of foam, completely eliminating the friction during insertion of the material.
The filler machine mod. “TRICOT LINE” is complete of motorized centering roller conveyor with motorized automatic centering device, to facilitate the insertion of slabs of large dimensions and considerable weight.
The machine is highly reliable and robust, and is particularly suited to big production / predisposed for work continuously 24H-day.
Designed to be built inserted in production line with other machinery.
