TRICOT LINE SA

The TRICOT LINE SEMI-AUTOMATIC is designed for materials like foam, springs and latex, offering a semi-automatic system for handling tricot and jersey fabrics.

It features a 5-needle overlock sewing head with over-edge stitching and a T-shape welding bar for tricot fabric welding.

The machine includes a manual loading system for bundles, a roller conveyor and an optional sealing bar for enhanced sealing.

It operates at a sewing speed of 60 seconds per mattress and 50 seconds for welding.

The 10” touchscreen allows easy programming, saving production cycles and controlling system cleaning.
