Design and production

The planning and organization of the production process is entrusted to Project Managers who deal with the direct management of incoming orders and all stages of realization of the final product.

Our technical department boasts the presence of highly specialized Designers and Engineers able to meet every kind of production need.

We design innovative solutions entirely in HOUSE, cooperating with customers.

We guarantee a high level of product customisation, by using latest generation programs for 3D design ( Solide Edge, Solid Rules etc…)

Thanks to our advanced machines, we are able to realise in House different type of process:

  • Laser cut for Flat steel and Tubes steel
  • Bending sheets to % or °
  • Possibility of cutting in nitrogen, compressed air and oxygen.
Parts and components are prepared with CNC machines.

Welding and mechanical assembling

The structure preparation and the semi-assembled components construction is assigned to qualified welders and technicians.

Before assembling, each part is cleaned and painted with Gruppo Grassi colours, or upon customer request, customised colours.

All our machines are mechanically assembled IN HOUSE.

Software development, electrical and pneumatic systems

Our Software & Electrical Department stands out for specialised Technician and Programmers who design and develop in House:

  • cPneumatic & hydraulic connections on board
  • Electrical wiring
  • CE/UL tested Control box
  • Customized Software programs.

Test, quality control and machines shipment

Before shipping, all our machines are tested and subjected to quality control, in order to always guarantee a high level of reliability and product performance.

In a first validation phase we test the machine and show the customer its operation, then we ship the machine in perfect working condition, managing directly all logistic and organizational aspects.

The modes of transport may vary according to the type of machinery and packaging used:

  • by truck: transport by land with goods protected by waterproof covers;
  • by sea: transport by sea in wooden crates;
  • by container: transport by sea in BOX containers.

Installation, start-up and training

Expert technicians will support the customers in installation, first machine start-up and staff training sessions.

Before installation, we’ll provide the customer with all the necessary documentation for a proper preparation of the working area:

  • information on pneumatic supply and connections;
  • information on transportation, positioning and unloading of goods;
  • dimensional layout for introducing the machinery into production.

After installation, our team will perform commissioning and testing , informing and training the operators on the correct use of the machine and on the possible residual risks.

Customer care and post-sales assistance

Our Customer Service stands for excellence and innovation. A landmark worldwide, providing immediate support to the customers.

We guarantee our Technical Assistance worldwide, managing with professionalism and timeliness all mechanical and software problems.

Interventions may vary according to the type of failure:

  • Assistance on site: our technicians carry out maintenance and technical interventions at the customer’s site. The service is guaranteed National, International and in Countries that require a Visa.
  • Remote Assistance: in case of failures not requiring interventions on site, our programmers provide assistance via remote connection to allows the customer to resume the production as soon as possible.
  • Whatsapp chat : always-on service that allows the customers to communicate directly with our operators, ask for assistance, send video or pictures and receive support from our technicians or programmers.
We have a Warehouse dedicated to the management of spare parts for our machines.

All the requests will be taken in charge from our technical customer service, that after the analysis of the case, will prepare, pack and ship the necessary spare parts.

Shipments are carried out through international couriers services as UPS, DHL, fedex etc…
