AUTOMATIC STACKER MACHINE FOR FLAT-PACK MATTRESSES

The G 220 is an automatic stacker for packed mattresses, designed for use in automatic packaging production lines.

It features a programmable stacker with operating cycles controlled by photocells for detecting mattress sizes.

The machine stacks mattresses on pallets and offers a lift for right pallet positioning.

With a speed of 1 cycle every 30 seconds, it is compatible with mattresses ranging from 60x120xH5 cm to 220x220xH50 cm, using motorized rollers for feeding.
