TRICOT LINE A

The TRICOT LINE is an automatic system designed for foam and spring sheet covers.

It includes a 4-needle interlock sewing head with chain-stitch and a T-shape welding bar for tricot fabric.

The automatic tricot loader feeds the material in bundles or rolls and the machine includes a programmable electronic sewing head with automatic lubrication and sharpener.

The system operates with a working speed of 43 seconds for sewing and 33 seconds for welding a mattress.

It is suitable for materials such as cotton, tricot, polyester, and nylon.

The 15” multitouch screen allows easy programming of production cycles and operator functions.
