Gruppo Grassi makes real changes with the project “MATTRESS EXPORT 2023”.

This plan, co-funded by Tuscany Regional Program FESR 2021-2027, aims to achieve the following :

  • Improve the model Industry 4.0 ,
  • Promote the Digital Transformation
  • Build a new corporate policy, eco-friendly orientated, to reduce environmental impact and energy waste.

Thanks to the great experience in the mechanical precision industry, Gruppo Grassi is committed to increase its presence in EXTRA-UE markets with a view at internationalization and professional growth.

In order to achieve the intended results, the company plans to:

  • Set out a digitalisation journey and improve the infrastructures ( cyber security, CRM software implementation and customer support etc…)
  • Promote the sustainability through the implementation of the Management Systems, the energy efficiency and the reduction of environmental impact;
  • Actively attend on international exhibitions
  • Acquire advices for the US Market.

The US market represents the heart of Gruppo Grassi’s Development Project, because it offers great perspectives for future, in terms of economic potential, due to the strong presence of international companies from worldwide.
