Automatic stacker.
Extremely useful and versatile, modular, with 3 independent exits, the automatic, electronic mattress stacker can be integrated into all production lines and can be used with special containers, pallets or treadmills.
Allows to automatically stack mattresses or sheets of various sizes and types, single, double and oversized without operator and without physical effort with obvious cost savings.
The versatility of the 3 exits allows to select the right and left exit either automatically or manually depending on the size or type of mattress and to exploit the third central exit for direct discharge or use of multiple stackers to differentiate the types of orders or mattresses by multiplying the discharge points.
The stacker “G 220” comes with optical recognition of mattress sizes with full autonomy of single or double stacking.
