G 7000 EASY / PRO

The line G 7000 PRO offers an advanced gluing system for foam lamination with a 5-belt conveyor system and water-based gluing technology.

It includes a special feature for dual heating with a perimetral and central guns system.

The machine also offers enhanced productivitycfor high production speeds (up to 35 meters per minute) and includes an optional infrared drying system for faster gluing.

It supports up to 30 gr/m² of glue dosage and integrates well with existing production lines.
