The GS 999 E is a high-performance automatic tape-edge machine with a fixed operator station, ideal for continuous mattress processing.

It features a double chainstitch sewing head (TAKING or optional PFAFF) with electronic needle height control, soft start, automatic needle-up positioning and electronic tilt adjustment.

Four high-slip motorized belts enable independent speed control for straight lines and corners.

The 8” touchscreen simplifies programming and operator settings, while the internal flip-over rotates mattresses, supporting up to 150 units per shift.
