Automatic line for the application of single-component water-based glue for the production of box mattresses and for coupling different type of slabs.

HM-PUR lamination technology instead of water-based spreading application, ideally designed for "less consumption" of glue and application in up to 25 gr/m².

The G7000 PRO HM-PUR is the top-in-class machine for high volumes and low glue consumption.

It works perfectly with foam, fiber, coconut, springs, felt, non-woven, etc. Includes n. 2 spreading ROLLS, machine equipped with hydraulic oil pump for heating rolls.
