TB 500 CNC

The TB 500 is a horizontal CNC foam cutting machine equipped with a continuous tooth or knife-edged circular blade.

This system is designed for high-precision contour cutting of soft and semi-rigid polyurethane foam blocks and includes an automatic shaping system.

The cutting speed is electronically adjustable by brushless motors and the machine is compatible with various materials such as PU foams, visco foam and latex.

It also features an automatic press system that ensures high precision and an automatic rotary table for rotating foam blocks.
