High precision electronic cutting machine for quilted fabric.
High precision electronic cutter, extremely flexible, fast and reliable, to cut the widest range of knitted fabrics, jacquard, stretch, cotton, polyester, polyurethane, visco, latex or wool, joined and quilted with light and heavy padding (even thick), natural or synthetic fibres, suitable also for fabrics with magnetic stripes and patterned quilting in different areas.
High cutting precision thanks to laser measurement optical sensors. You can change any type of fabrics, paddings and thicknesses, maintaining absolutely unchanged the preset cutting measurement, with perfect squaring of the sheet, absolutely essential for mattresses with removable cover.
The cutting machine TGM 3.2 can be fed from roll and the ease of insertion allows to work with a single operator or in line with quilting machines of any make or type.
The cutting machine TGM 3.2 E is complete with:
- 2 300 mm rotary blades for longitudinal cutting with independent automatic translation and programmable measurement control
- 1 300 mm diagonal high speed rotary blade with automatic cooling
- Precision measurement bench through laser optical sensor with automatic positioning
- Fabric feeding system from roll or in straight line with quilting machines (multi-needle or mounted on frame) with preload feeding belt that simplifies and speeds up the use of the cutting machine with a single operator.
- Programmable automatic sharpeners for all blades
