Fixed bench traditional tape edge machine.
Ergonomic, reliable and extremely versatile thanks to its user friendliness, the new “z1 – me” bench tape edge machine uses an innovative technology while maintaining the quality characteristics well known and established in the market.
The TAPE EDGE MACHINE Z1-ME comes equipped as standard with 2 independent motors for the carriage and the sewing machine, both controlled by an inverter to synchronize perfectly the feeder with the sewing machine. This allows to adjust in real time without any mechanical operation the length and the speed of the stitching (straight or angle), particularly suitable for stretch and knit fabrics.
New “start/stop” controls to perform several functions of the tape edge machine, including the acceleration/deceleration ramps of the stitching machine and the carriage, and the static position of the needle and presser foot.
Equipped with operator platform with lumbar support, electric adjustment of the inclination of the sewing head, pneumatic control to raise/lower the pressure foot with presser foot and a useful tool box.
