Manual packaging machine for mattresses.
Ergonomic, compact, multifunctional, unique in its kind, the semi-automatic packaging machine is ideal for small and medium production. Packaging is realized via 2 polyethylene coils integrated into the machine that easily allow to package any mattress.
You can say goodbye to tedious, expensive and bulky bags of a thousand types and shapes, with a single size of coil you can package any size of mattress, you can insert posters of any shape and size, apply reinforcement on the border or advertising bands from the coil.
Complete with advanced sealing group, unique and patented by Gruppo Grassi, composed of anticorodal diecast thermal alloy profile coated in “Temp-Coat” and high density thermoplastic contrast in PTFE™, complete with differentiated draught resistance and digital temperature control, to avoid the maintenance costs due to the replacement of the teflon tape.
Pneumatic presser directly flush with the sealing bar, allowing to stretch the plastic film and to improve the adherence of the packaging to the mattress.
