Manual machine to apply handles on mattress bands.
Indispensable for your production, simple and small in size, the Z 2.2 BS stapler is suitable for applying handles on mattress bands with customized designs.
The machine Z 2.2 BS consists of:
- Compartment to store the previously cut fabric handles
- Programmer for setting custom patterns and logos
- Sewing station with lock-stitch, single needle, thread trimmer head (operating range 22x10cm.)
- Border support surface with adjustable centring device in stainless steel
Use flexibility also allows to embroider logos, names, brands, etc. both at the centre of the handle and on the height of the border, to sew labels of various types and shapes.
