Dedicated to the most demanding companies, for those who don’t accept compromises, “Z 2.2 EVOLUTION” is a combination of advanced technology and automation applied to independent functional work stations which allow a full automatic work cycle.
Application of handle on mattress border, with load, positioning and synchronized automatic stitching with module to apply aerators, labels and round closing of the border, besides marking corners and/or handles with border cutting.
Z 2.2 EVOLUTION consists of multiple production stations:
- Automatic synchronized feeding station of border from roll.
- Measuring, cutting and application station of handle from roll.
- Station with multiple feeder of pre-cut handle with logos / names / brands / etc.
- Handle sewing station with single needle head, thread trimmer (operating range 22x10cm.)
- Station for the application of aerators at the desired position.
- Programmable high precision measuring, angle marking, and cutting station.
- Station for the application of side label on the closure of the border.
- Sewing station with 5 thread overlock, triple feed, for round closing of the border
