The Z 500 PRO combines ultrasonic technology with user-friendly operation and it is usable for welding 3D fabrics, synthetic leather, alcantara, polyester and knitted textiles.

Featuring two ultrasonic welding heads and three cutting heads, it creates precise geometric patterns and applies zippers, ribbons and cords.

Optional features like a touchscreen, special rollers and ultrasonic trimming guarantee versatility and performance.
