TGM 4.0

TGM 4.0 is an electronic hamming machine with automatic 4 sides interlock sewing heads / brand GG production.

The machine is positioned directly at the exit of the quilting machines “Multi-needles or Continuous” or can be loaded directly with quilted rolls.

The machine can process different quilted fabrics with foam, fiber, visco, etc.

Sewing heads, of our direct production, permit to arrive on high thickness of materials, around 8 cm.

Production speed: 1 panel (1.00x2.00 mt) finished every 30”.
