The top of the range automatic packaging machine FUTURE 220 E, featuring innovative technology, automatically packages any size of mattress without the intervention of operators. The easy to use, practical and intuitive interface with multifunctional led Touchscreen allows to customize the machine according to your production requirements with reduced maintenance cost and labour savings.
Automatic packaging on 4 sides with advanced sealing groups, unique and patented by Gruppo Grassi, composed of anticorodal diecast thermal alloy profiles coated in “Temp-Coat” and high density thermoplastic contrasts in PTFE™, complete with differentiated draught resistances and digital temperature controls, to avoid the maintenance costs due to the replacement of the teflon tape.
Multistage pneumatic press with density sensors to adapt automatically to all types and sizes of mattresses and to improve the quality and adherence of the packaging.
The packaging machine “FUTURA 220 E” consists of:
- 1 Roller conveyor with automatic centring
- 1 central module with 4 coils (2 top coils + 2 bottom coils) with completely removable feeders, new generation maintenance-free sealing profile with thermal insulation
- 1 output module with conveyor, pneumatic press with 4 pistons with density sensors to optimize the adherence of the film to the mattress and maintenance-free new generation welding profiles with thermal insulation
