Unique in its kind, it is essential to package polyurethaneviscoelastic blocks, mattresses or overlapping sheets, semi-finished items for sofas and upholstery in general.
The practical and intuitive interface with multifunction led Touchscreen allows to customize the machine according to your production requirements, with reduced maintenance cost and labour savings.
Automatic packaging cycle on 4 sides, multistage pneumatic press with density sensors to adapt automatically to all types and sizes of foams, improving the quality and adherence of the packaging.
Automatic packaging on 4 sides with dual sealing on the entire perimeter by advanced sealing groups, unique and patented by Gruppo Grassi, composed of anticorodal diecast thermal alloy profiles coated in “Temp-Coat” and high density thermoplastic contrasts in PTFE™, complete with differentiated draught resistances and digital temperature controls, to avoid the maintenance costs due to the replacement of the teflon tape.
The packaging machine “FUTURA 800 E” consists of:
- 2 (top and bottom) feeding conveyors, for automatic centring and introduction
- 1 central module with 2 coils and fully removable magazine, new generation, maintenance-free, sealing profile which can be automatically raised in height with dual sealing and thermal insulation
- 1 output module with 2 conveyors (top and bottom), pneumatic press with 4 pistons with density sensors to optimize the adherence of the film and maintenance-free new generation welding profiles with thermal insulation
