Operating cycle controlled by “layer” recognition photocells that detect the heights and dimensions so that the element is always picked up or aligned perfectly.
Possibility to depalletise different overlying layers, even of different sizes.
Possibility to depalletise even 2 single elements placed on a double pallet, possibility to depalletise stacks of Mattresses up to 2.50m. (up to 3.00m optional).
Pick-up rollers with controlled speed via brushless ensure perfect alignment and positioning for any type of surface and thickness.
Lifting/Lowering managed by racks and recirculating ball guides to ensure millimetric and sturdy alignment even for heavy weights and thicknesses.
Loading/unloading recipe management via touch screen monitor (independent) with production counters and sequential value entry.
