SEMI-MANUAL VERTICAL FOAM TRIM-SAW – INCLINED VERSION

The GTVM 2000 vertical cutter is designed for high-precision cutting of polyurethane blocks and mattress slabs.

With a rotating blade system, it is available in two versions: a fixed blade with a translating bed or a translating blade with a fixed bed.

The cutting height reaches up to 130 cm, making it ideal for squaring glued and assembled mattress blocks.

It is equipped with inclined platform, manually positioned to the required angle.

Modular for easy integration into existing lines or standalone.
