Automatic line for water-based glueing with spreading rollers.
At the top of its range, able to surprise you thanks to its great productivity, versatility and ease of use, the new automatic line with spreading rollers for water-based glue, allows you to glue and join any type of foams in general, even shaped, wavy, of any shape and size, for upholstery, mattresses, sheets and stringers, (latex, viscoelastic, foam, memory, polyurethanes, etc.).
The machine is equipped with a 3D sensor that detects the shape of the sheets and through a microprocessor allows to apply very accurately the glue in different zones. You can also change electronically in real-time the amount of glue to be applied on the same sheet.
The spreading rollers are plated with stainless steel with non-stick screen printed surface to allow the use of minimum amounts of glue calibrated for different areas, as well as allowing a quick cleaning of residues at the end of the process.
The machine LINE G 7000 consists of:
- 1 non-stick reclining belt with 5 plies for easy access to the spreading rollers
- 2 non-stick conveyor belts with 5 plies
- 1 Automatic programmable glueing module complete with:
- 1 3D shape detection sensor
- 2 special rollers in stainless steel, silk screened, non-stick
- 1 non-stick assembly bench with 5-ply belt complete with openable side
- 1 pneumatic press with non-stick 5-ply belt to lock glued materials with programmable pressure control
