Compact, flexible, ergonomic, the new line “M 220 PLUS” is suitable for pressing and rolling up under vacuum mattresses and sheets in polyurethane, viscoelastic, latex and springs also combined with each other. It is ideal to reduce the volume facilitating handling and transport.
Effective and powerful hydraulic press with 4 pistons applying 100 tons of uniform pressure on the entire surface. Features an integrated sealing unit with thermal foil and adjustable control of working pressure and height to limit the travel and adapt to all the work requirements and kinds of products on the market today.
Powerful automatic rolling machine with fixed or variable output diameter, with rollers or belts (depending on the version chosen), and with independent rear or side discharge with bag.
The line “M 220 PLUS” consists of:
- 1 automatic feeder
- Hydraulic press with 4 pistons and integrated sealing group
- Automatic wrapper (fixed or variable output diameter)
