Description
Multi-needle electronic quilting machine with continuous feeding, lockstitch, consisting of no. 3 needle bars, suitable for making combinations of custom designs and for loading over 1000 different designs.
The operator interface with a 15” monitor and Windows Software is simple and intuitive and allows for the work programs to be selected in real time, such as production control, stitch length settings, needle insertion, design change, etc. Remote ASSISTANCE SERVICE included in the machine.
The lateral movement is possible thanks to electric motors with reversible and independent position which allow for symmetrical and asymmetrical designs to be made continuously at 360°.
The machine allows for the quilting of different fabrics: stretch, jacquard, knitted, warp-knitted, silk, cotton, microfibre, soft leather, polyester coupled with memory–foam, polyurethane and latex up to 35 mm thick.
Maximum seam width: 2,450 mm.
Lateral displacement: up to 305 mm.
