This line is designed for the production of mattress borders filled with recycled fibers and can be easily integrated into existing production lines.

A dosing hopper ensures precise fiber distribution onto a fabric strip, followed by a pressing table that guarantees uniform spreading.

The process is completed by an overlock machine that sews and cuts the finished product, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and sustainability.
