Electronic cutting machine with automatic sewing interlock on 4 sides for quilted panels.
The Automatic Electronic Cutting Machine “TGM 4”, a reference in terms of excellence and perfection, created for demanding users for whom quality and productivity are of high importance, features millimetric precision cutting and border sewing on 4 sides, plus the ability to perform “INTERLOCK” sewing on all sides. It will provide momentum, qualification and speed to your production, providing ease of use.
Sewing heads derived from DUERKOPP-ADLER, specially converted for multiple sewing on quilted panels (even very deep) combined with elasticized fabrics, jacquard, stretch, knitted, warp-knit, silks, cottons, microfibre and lightweight leather, bonded with polyester fibres, memory-foam, polyurethane and latex even with overlay.
The machine is designed to be added to automatic quilting lines of any make or to work independently with rolls.
The cutting machine TGM 4.1 E is complete with:
- 2 sewing heads with automatic translation side rotary blades
- 1 sewing head with automatic cross rotary blade
- Precision measurement bench through laser optical sensor
- Fabric introduction system from a roll or in line with quilting machines (multi-needle or mounted on frame)
